MentorLive eLearning modules launching
An integral part of our service offering is our online
management system, MentorLive. Access to
MentorLive's Employee Records & Management Tools is
free to all Mentor clients. Access to the Employment Law & HR
and/or Health & Safety Tools is available to clients who
subscribe to the relevant service(s).
MentorLive contains a wealth of information on
Employment Law & HR and Health & Safety, as well as a range
of management tools, which have been designed to help keep your
business in line.
In order to ensure that you get the most benefit from this
valuable element of the service, we are launching three new
eLearning modules:
Course 1- covering both Employment Law
& HR and Health & Safety
How to set up your organisation in
MentorLive
This course will cover updating your contact details (and multiple
sites); creation of Employees Records and Organisational Structure;
creating user accounts and access permissions; Documentation &
Guidance (How to Guides, How Employment Law Works); Your Documents
and To Do List
Course 2- Employment Law only
(available W/C 31st January 2011)
Using MentorLive to manage your
employees
This course will build on the first course and will take you
through:
- Holidays, sickness and absence
- Maternity, paternity and adoption
- Disciplinary matters and grievance
- Updating employee records
- Retirement, redundancy and resignation
Course 3- Health & Safety only
(available late February 2011)
Using MentorLive to manage
your Health & Safety obligations
This course is still being designed, but will build on the first
course and it is anticipated it will cover :-
- Risk assessment
- Incident / accident management
- H&S Calculators
- H&S Standard letters
- To Do List
- Reports from MentorLive
