MentorLive eLearning courses

Several hundred clients have already taken the opportunity in 2011 to learn more about MentorLive, our online management system,  by completing the eLearning modules available on our website. There are three 20-30 minute modules that demonstrate the tools and information available to you via MentorLive. The topics covered are as follows:

• "MentorLive 1: organisation set up" – this module is relevant to all clients and demonstrates how to set up your organisation in MentorLive. It uses a case study to guide you through the four steps of initial set-up of the system.
• "MentorLive 2: using MentorLive to manage your employees" – this module is aimed at Employment Law & HR clients and demonstrates how to use the key tools and find relevant information such as annual leave calculators and guidance on how to hold a disciplinary meeting. It also shows you how to update your employee record with, for example, absence details.
• "MentorLive 3: Health & Safety" – the final module is aimed at Health & Safety clients and demonstrates how to carry out and record risk assessments online and assign responsibility for key tasks to specific members of staff. It also takes you through accident and incident recording.
