Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

(a) Prize draw open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of the RBS Group, their families or anyone associated with this draw. (b) The winners will be drawn at random on the 1 September 2011 and awarded one prize of a voucher for any 1 day Employment Law & HR course. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize must be claimed by 2 September 2012. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (c) The winners will be informed either by phone or email by the 2 September 2011 when information about the winner will be available by sending an SAE to "Training Free Prize Draw Winner" at the address given in condition (f) below. (d) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so. (e) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. (f) The promoter is Mentor, 100 West George St, Glasgow G2 1PP.
