Making things simple with MentorLive

As we continue with our series of "Did you know" guides, this month we're exploring a different area of MentorLive and will explain how you can make the best use of these resources to support your business.

MentorLive gives you instant access to a library of template letters and other materials to suit all your HR requirements, which you can download and personalise

Whether you're handling a disciplinary matter, dealing with a grievance, or simply looking to recruit new staff, the MentorLive library gives you access to a suite of template letters, as well as other materials, such as employment application forms.

Our library deals with most common HR situations, including:

  • Handling recruitment
  • Handling disciplinary matters
  • Handling grievances
  • Maternity leave
  • Making redundancies

How can I do this?

Our library materials are easy to find:

  • Login to MentorLive; then
  • Click on the "Guidance and Documentation" tab along the top of the screen; then
  • Click on "Standard HR Letters"

Once you've found the appropriate template for you situation, simply click to open it and then you can save a copy into your own PC. All our templates are MS Word documents, which means that, once you've saved a copy, you can personalise and amend your document as appropriate.

What's the business benefit?

Our templates are always up-to-date. Unlike paper or CD-ROM based templates, you can always be sure you're using the most up-to-date version of a document, minimising any legal risks.
