ACAS Disciplinary & Grievance Code of Practice

The 6th April 2009 sees big changes in the law that applies to discipline and grievance handling in the workplace. On the one hand, the statutory dispute resolution procedures are being abolished. On the other hand, the introduction of a new ACAS Code on discipline and grievance handling will amount to much the same thing in practice.

Click here to download Mentor's complimentary guide to the changes.

There are a number of ways in which Mentor can help you protect your business, depending on your individual circumstances.
