Redundancy Pay
How much redundancy pay would an employee be due?
A maximum of £9,900, calculated as shown in the table below.
Please note that one week's pay is currently capped at a maximum
of £330 per week. This figure is reviewed each February. A maximum
of 20 years' service is taken into account when calculating a
redundancy payment.
