Redundancy Pay

How much redundancy pay would an employee be due?

A maximum of £12,000, calculated as shown in the table below.

Please note that one week's pay is currently capped at a maximum of £400 per week. This figure was last updated in February 2011

A maximum of 20 years' service is taken into account when calculating a redundancy payment.


In respect of service at ages: Number of weeks' pay for each completed year at that age
