Option 1: Tribunal Response

Includes initial provision of case advice on any claim made
against you, plus completion and submission of a response to the
tribunal.

Option 2: Case Settlement
|

We will enter into discussions to both negotiate and settle any
claim. To ensure your position is protected, we also provide case
advice and submit your tribunal response.

Option 3: Legal Prep & Rep
|
|
If you have already submitted your response, we will take on the
management of your claim to ensure your case is fully prepared and
that you are represented at any tribunal hearings.

Option 4: Full Legal Service
|
|
Includes tribunal response, full case preparation,
representation and negotiating settlement as required.

- If your case is either appealed or if you wish to appeal then
