Our Clinical Advisory Service has been designed to support our clients and to enable them to make the most effective and appropriate use of our varied medical services. Here, flexibility is key and clients can choose to access the service, which is manned by a dedicated team, via email or telephone during business hours (Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 17:30, excluding Public Holidays).
The service also allows access to specialist advice from the Company Medical Adviser and additional or ongoing advice can also be provided via periodic face to face review meetings or on-site visits.
