Employment Law - what you need to know
The Government continues to introduce more and more red tape for
businesses to manage people. Employees are becoming more aware of
their rights and are also more likely to take their employers to
Employment Tribunals which makes it important that you know what to
do so that you can avoid unnecessary and expensive situations.
This course will give you a basic understanding of the
fundamentals of employment law by covering key areas such as
recruitment, employee relations, discipline and grievance. You will
be provided with a working knowledge of the main rights of
employees and to identify the main areas of risk and how to
minimise them.
