MentorDigital Beta (Beta) is our new and improved time off and document management system.

We are in the process of redesigning and rebuilding the MentorDigital platform (which is the digital part of Mentor) to provide our customers with an improved and enhanced experience. Beta represents the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version of our platform. We are actively working on a comprehensive rebuild that will encompass all of our services across Mentor.

When you’ve received the system-generated email from Beta inviting you to join:

• select the link in the email to register for your account and set up your company
• we recommend completing both steps in a single session for the best experience
• if you sign up, create an account and then end your session -
  • you can set up your company later by selecting the initial invite link from your email
• please note - during this initial test, learn and enhance phase, Beta is not accessible to the public and is only available to invited customers.

You need to register a new account and also set up your company account on Beta:

• the login and platforms are completely separate, so separate logins are required.

We recommend that you transition to the Beta application completely - to get the best experience, but you can continue to use both applications as you see fit.

No - you will have to manually move your data to Beta. This is because Path and Beta are two different systems and there are differences in the data elements and various other technicalities. We advise you to move all data and start using Beta as a standalone application.

Yes - the application is completely free to use. As we continue to develop and improve Beta (based on user feedback) new features will be introduced as paid options, while others will continue to remain free.

We recommend the following browsers and devices for the best experience:

No - there is no requirement to download or install anything, you can access Beta on the above-mentioned browsers by following the link provided in your invite email.

    • can request and view their time off
  • ‘Admin’ user profile to manage time off or specific permission granted under ‘Custom’ user profile
    • can request and view their own time off
    • approve or reject time off requests (including various types of leave)

• one system for documents and free letter templates and forms
• employees have access to a system folder called ‘My Uploads’ in which they can add files:
  • by default whenever a new employee is added to the system, a employee folder is created (only admins can see these)
  • employees can only see documents shared or provided access to via a stripped down view
• ‘Admins’ can then view whatever is uploaded by employees in the subsequent employee system folder.
